Auto-Substitution Scenarios

For the scenarios below, a pharmacy is ordering atorvastatin 10mg from PharmaClik and they're enrolled in the Auto-Substitution program. Table 1 shows the formulary status of different brands at the time of their order. Please note, this is a hypothetical example and the formulary status and formats of the drugs may differ in reality.
